Silvaner CHF - 2018 vintage

A very precise orange wine, just as precise as Urban Kaufmann and the Swiss Franc. The fermentation on the mash takes place in steel tanks (intercellular). A beautiful light orange color in the glass and a herbaceous nose with thyme and nettles, plus lots of ripe fruit (apricot, lemon, mango). The acidity is noticeable on the palate. Long finish. A wine that can be enjoyed with food that is not strong, or is also great fun on its own.
