VDP. Volkacher Ratsherr Silvaner GG - 2018er

A hint of bacon on the nose, vegetal and slightly greasy, reminiscent of soup greens, restrained yellow fruit and quite prominent mineral notes. Quite firmly structured, relatively juicy fruit with lively, elegant acidity and some tannins, herbaceous, vegetal and mineral notes on the palate, persistent, lots of bite and life, quite full-bodied, tart style, has grip, very good finish.
