Chardonnay - 2021 vintage

Ripe apple with fresh hay, some vanilla pudding and biscuit. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with power and a little creamy, good balance, rich in extract with substance, the fruit needs time to develop, with ripe apple, papaya and vanilla pudding, slightly astringent, some extract sweetness, good finish with apple fruit, papaya, even some pineapple starter and herbs.
