Nubiola - 2011s

The Nebbiolo variety, which makes up 100% of the Barbaresco wine, is the focal point of this wine, which we consider the starting Barbaresco, the starting point to get the most out of our two selections. Due to the different composition of the country of origin, the consistent vinification techniques and the historicity that we wanted to express with the name, it turns out to be a very traditional Barbaresco. It is vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with periodic mechanical pressing, then aged in wood by dosing small casks and large 50 Hl oak casks according to the characteristics of the vintage, always with the aim of enhancing Nebbiolo's varietal characteristics.

A beautiful bright and inviting ruby ​​red color, it presents itself to the nose with dominant and fruity notes, ranging from ripe red fruit to the typical notes of herbal herbs. Simultaneously soft, spicy and velvety, it leaves the taste buds with a sweetness and roundness typical of ripe grapes, with a slightly dry and astringent finish that has always characterized Nebbiolo.
