Son Calo Rosat - 2020s

Even in a normal year, there are no large streams of tourists at the Mallorcan Bodega Miquel Oliver. In the small town of Petra north of Manacor, things are still relatively tranquil and Pilar Oliver's team has been able to take care of the viticulture here for over 100 years.

Nose: Impressive, fruity, reminiscent of ripe red fruits

Colour: clear, bright rosé

Palate: Fresh, fruity note reminiscent of ripe strawberries, peaches and wild berries, acceptable acidity. Short, harmonious finish. Balanced. Cheerful. Fresh.
