Chablis - 2017s

Chablis is an isolated island of vineyards in the northern part of the Burgundy wine region, halfway between Dijon and Paris. Maison Louis Latour's Chablis is the ultimate expression of what the noble Chardonnay grape is capable of on the region's famous Cimmerian limestone slopes. The wine is perfumed, lively, clean and steely with a crisp finish.

A beautiful pale yellow color with green reflections, our Chablis 2017 reveals floral notes (hawthorn) with subtle hints of almond butter. In the mouth it shows a nice freshness with chlorophyll aromas. Nice ending.
