Tempranillo Tinto Joven - 2021s

The young Tempranillo from the Torromorón family presents itself in sparkling purple with slightly violet reflections in the glass.
The nose is fresh and fruity with aromas reminiscent of morello cherries, blackberries and elderberries without appearing jammy. The fruit is underlined by delicate nuances of cool graphite notes and some liquorice.
On the palate, the Spaniard shows its fruity side again. The tannins are gritty but pleasant and approachable, and are lightened by a fresh, charming acidity. In the aftertaste, the sour cherry comes through again. Very successful introduction to the wines of the Ribera del Duero.
