Manufacturing: The harvest is done manually in the second half of September and usually early in the morning so that the grapes are cooler when they go to the cellar. After that, they are kept in a cold room at 0 °C. After destemming and a light crushing of the grape seed, a short maceration with the skins is carried out for about an hour, with the aim of limiting the extraction of coloring matter and obtaining this very pale pink color. Subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve the aromatic components.
Color: Pale pink color, clean and bright.
Aroma: Fragrant and persistent aroma of rose petals, citrus, white fruits, orange and strawberry.
Taste: Light, fresh and balanced. In the mouth intense and persistent aroma where the sensations of fresh fruit linger.
