Vinification: The vinification process begins with the manual harvest of the oldest vines in the early hours of the morning, where each bunch is sorted individually. After cooling at 2ºC, fermentation and subsequent maceration of about 21 days, for the extraction of aromatic components and color, begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French barriques, where it ages between 18 and 24 months before being bottled, where it finishes its aging until it is marketed.
Colour: Brilliant crimson, deep garnet, bright.
Aroma: aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla, milk, spicy notes. A brief oxygenation promotes and enriches the flavor profile
Taste: The palate is powerful, well structured and rounded. Intense and sweet tannins due to the very ripe grapes. Long finish.
Award: Silver medal at Mundus Vini 2018
