Ca dei Frati - 2021s

The I Frati Lugana is the pride of the Dal Cero family. It is the wine that made them famous and continues to shape the company's image. It has a direct connection to its grape variety, the native vine Turbiana. Conceived to be consumed in the vintage, it expresses most of itself many years after bottling. In its youth it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance. The bouquet shows delicate notes of white and balsamic flowers with hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve and express the mineral notes with greater determination. The wine gains its complexity with iodized notes and nuances of spices and candied fruit. In the mouth it is able to envelop the entire palate thanks to an important juicy essence.
