Colour: Light straw yellow with a silver rim, radiant and clear

Nose: The nose appears firm and spicy, almost unwavering in its distinction. The fruit plays second fiddle here, herbal notes of thyme, nut shells and light tobacco are the clear leitmotif. All of this looks youthfully taut, maturity gives him the adolescence needed for this self-confident appearance.

Taste: Tightly strapped, it shows its abilities, which only a courageous fall into the carafe can decipher. The acid sets the pace, the rest of the orchestra follows it. With rich extract, the fruit is sparse, almost sinewy and leads to the chorus: the present minerality and the warm, full-bodied phenolic character join in and give it a good bass.
