Affina Reserve Acacia
Production: Obtained from aromatic white pomace from grape varieties such as Müller Thurgau and Moscato, which are distilled in a discontinuous still in the classic way after gentle pressing in the water bath steam process (Bagnomaria). The grappa obtained rests for 10 years in small acacia barrels to obtain a cuvée of unique and unmistakable aromas. The wood used to build the barrels (Robinia Pseudo Acacia) has been stored for at least 36 months. The curvature of the staves is done exclusively by the technique of steam bending in order to preserve the essential characteristics of the wood and its core aroma.
