Juffer Kabinett 2020 from the Fritz Haag winery is the dream of every Kabi lover. Clear as a bell Riesling fruit with aromas of peach, apple and pear, mixed with spicy slate spice. The wine is electrifying on the palate, so much freshness, energy and a vibrant acidity that runs through you like fine surges of electricity. The wine is nevertheless harmonious, elegant and at the same time delicately spicy and powerful. Mineral and floral components permeate the wine and lead to a juicy, delicately salty finish that immediately makes you thirsty again. A real goose bumps wine!
