Pinot Gris - 2022 vintage

The Pinot Gris from Ellermann-Spiegel from the Palatinate enchants in the glass with a radiant light yellow colour. The first impression on the nose is exceptionally fruity. Lots of ripe pears, juicy plums, exotic passion fruit and other tropical fruits come to mind. The aromas continue with floral-herbal notes of a summer meadow.

On the palate, the Palatinate Pinot Gris Gutswein from Ellermann-Spiegel is no less impressive, juicy and fresh. Lots of fruit again in the finale, paired with a fresh and vital acidity and a smooth, palatable finish. Sip by sip of pure enjoyment. Splendid!
