A precious and very rare ouzo, which has been distilled by hand on the island of Lesbos in Greece since 1892. Only highly aromatic aniseed from the Lisvorio region near Mytilene is used for distillation.
The selected aniseed is naturally washed by the sea currents for three hours in jute bags in the sea on the Lesvos coast, allowing the essential oils to unfold and enrich with genuine sea aromas. Only then does the traditional distillation take place in small batches in our own distillery.
The result is an enormously aromatic, intense, complex and profound ouzo with fine aromas of the Greek sea and a real experience for every ouzo fan!
Enjoy with melted ice water. This is how the flavors come into their own.
