Cruor Priorat - 2017s

Deep, dense ruby ​​red. In the middle, the light disappears like in a black hole.

Wonderfully mature notes of black cherry and plum on the nose. Clove, wood, black pepper, leather, liquorice and vanilla join them.

Intense, full-bodied and in perfect balance on the palate. Full body and medium tannins that play in the background but cement a solid base under this explosion of taste. And from above, the grippy, perfectly integrated acidity gives stability. The aromas are fully concentrated and led by barrique notes such as wood, tobacco and leather. The sweetness of the fruit completes the whole thing with an intense yet velvety soft mouthfeel and leads to a long, very tasty finish.
