Garnacha de Fuego - 2020s

Garnacha de Fuego is a red wine from the DO Calatayud, produced by the winery Bodegas Breca, a project by Jorge Ordoñez and oenologists Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz.

It is a single variety garnacha tinta, grown on very old vineyards, 900 meters above sea level. This wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and macerates for ten days at a temperature of 25ºC. Finally, malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank. A stimulating and impressive wine.
