Nose: Aromatic and elegant, mentholic notes appear, hints of rosemary mixed with notes of chocolate, smoked, compote and mineral notes.

Palate: The palate is subtle but with character. Mild toasting of the wood is tasted, black fruits, flowers and fresh notes of aromatic herbs appear.
