Vinification of the Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz
This powerful red wine from Australia is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in South Australia. The vines here dig their roots deep in limestone soils. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately transported to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation.
