KM. 1 Negre is a Mallorcan red wine with fruity notes, made with organic Merlot and Callet. The result reflects the enjoyment of a good young wine. Long fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. No aging. Well structured tannins give this wine a good presence on the palate and a long finish. A modern and contemporary red wine.
