Tianna Blanc - 2021s
Short pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature after destemming. After a gentle, low-yield pressing, the must is placed in insulated tanks where static degumming takes place at a controlled temperature. After clarification, fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Bright new gold colour. Intense and clean aromas with notes of ripe fruit, melon and quince. Memories of yeast on a spicy background. Warm and balanced on the palate, full-bodied and silky. Long aftertaste with hints of saffron, very fresh.
