Blanc de Blancs - 2021 vintage

White wine from the Macià Batle winery under the Denomination of Origin VT Mallorca. After a careful harvest in the vineyard, the grapes are pressed after a carbonated maceration. Fermented for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16ºC). Aged for a few months in American oak barrels before bottling.

Grape varieties: Blend of 49% Prensal Blanc, 49% Chardonnay and 2% Moscatel
Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Nose: Intense, varietal aroma with striking notes of tropical fruits, peach, grapefruit, apple, fennel

Colour: Yellow color with greenish reflections. Clear, shiny appearance

Palate: Great refreshment. Straightforward prensal with its unmistakably steely character, which also surprises with playful notes. Wonderfully fresh, fine citrus sorbet with fine grapefruit and lime zest, with medium acidity and the same body, slightly melty mouthfeel, gentle notes of light flowers and fine herbal notes in the length.

One of the best white wines on the island!
