Ardèche - 2018s

Maison Louis Latour is one of the most innovative producers in Burgundy without losing its traditional image. With a view to expanding the company in 1979, the valley of the Ardèche river, with its clay and limestone soils, was chosen as the ideal location for the production of a premium Chardonnay wine. The Chardonnay d'Ardèche is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 10 months. It is a fresh and easy to drink wine.

The Ardeche Chardonnay 2018 is a bright straw yellow and reveals aromas of green apples, which will develop into more honey and almond notes after 2-3 years of aging. An initial acid attack leads to a long finish on the palate. A smooth wine that is well balanced.
