Veritas Dolc Muscat Wine - 2018s
Manufacturing: The production process starts early in the morning with the manual harvest in crates, the last days of August, when the grapes start to dry and the sugar concentration is higher. They are then cooled to 0 degrees C.
Cold mash with the skins to increase the extraction of aromas. Must preservation by pneumatic presses and therefore low pressure.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 12 degrees in stainless steel tanks. Stopping fermentation at 0 degrees.
Color: Straw yellow with green reflections, bright and with persistent streaks.
Aroma: Aromas of rose, geranium, orange blossom and honey combined with light aromas of ripe fruit
Taste: Sweet and fresh due to the balanced acidity. Intense, persistent, fruity and honeyed sensations. Long lasting finish.
