The off-dry in the series of our terroir-emphasized Gutsrieslings, Dr. Loosen Grauschiefer: Grapes from our estate's own Village and Premier Cru vineyards in the Middle Moselle. Fruity, fresh, with animating acidity and cool minerality. A typical Moselle Riesling in the style of the 50s and 60s.
