Palate: The taste of this wine is delicate but also lively. It has a great structure, an elegant citrus flavor and integrated herbal notes.

Additional information: First the grapes are fermented and macerated with the skins for 3 months, followed by a further 8 months without the skins in a 1000 liter clay amphora. Finally, the wine is bottled in 750ml amphorae, which are submerged for 9 months. The wine is unfiltered and made with minimal intervention. This bottle is limited as only 300 were made. The individual 750 ml amphorae are also packed in wooden boxes, making them perfect as gifts.
